Die Entwicklung eines auf optischen Methoden basierenden Identifikationsverfahrens für Bekleidungstextilien könnte erstmals eine automatisierte, qualitativ hochwertige und schnelle stoffliche Altkleidersortierung ermöglichen. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit wird die Entwicklung automatisierter optischer Verfahren zur Identifikation der Materialzusammensetzung und anderer Eigenschaften von Bekleidungstextilien für den Recyclingprozess beschrieben. Die Untersuchungen erfolgen auf Basis der Lasergestützten Wärmeimpuls- Thermografie (TIR), der Laserinduzierten Plasmaemissions-Spektroskopie (LIPS)sowie der Nahinfrarot-Spektroskopie (NIR). Die Ergebnisse der grundlegenden Untersuchungen belegen ein hohes Anwendungspotenzial für die NIR-Methode kombiniert mit der VIS-Spektroskopie. Die Verfahrensqualifizierung liefert als Ergebnis verschiedene funktionsfähige Online-Verfahren zur Material- und Farberkennung an Bekleidungstextilien.
